I have been making a limited series of quilted wall hangings. Every piece is sewn from linen fabrics, some are ice dyed by me and some feature flower prints from our garden. Every one of these is finished with a linen binding that has been sewn down by hand. I decided to hang each quilt on a carefully selected piece of river wood. I like the way the organic shape of the wood interacts with the quilt.

These little quilts add lovely texture to any space and make a great gift.
